Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site Senior Area Manager role, located in Abuja.
- The Senior Area Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations within a given region.
- They will oversee the daily operations of their assigned locations, including sales and marketing, staff management and development, inventory management, and P&L management.
- The Senior Area Manager will also ensure that the QSRs meet or exceed the company’s standards of dining experience, hygiene, and customer service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management or related industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in P&L management
- Experience in multi-unit management and franchising is a plus
- Fluency in English and at least one local language spoken in Nigeria is required.
