Job Position: Sales and Marketing Representative
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Our client is looking for a vibrant, smart, and creative individual to work with.
- The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for advertising and selling properties, tasked with growing the customer base by generating leads, consulting clients on market conditions, creating a list of real estate properties, presenting purchase offers, and developing competitive market prices.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales efforts with a marketing program and create new leads.
- Communicate and handle meetings with prospective clients and companies.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the property.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Assist in the development of pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
- Acts as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently been sold, to determine its competitive market price.
- Coordinate property closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listings.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, presentations /proposal power points, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
- Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical and creative thinking.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Good Knowledge about real estate and local property.
- Real Estate Market Analysis.
- Exceeding sales goals/target
- Brilliant prospecting and negotiating skills.
Salary
N80,000.00 Monthly + 10% commission on sales from N1 million and above.
