Overview
Initiative for Improved Humanity Foundation (IHF) responds to humanitarian crises, helps people to survive and rebuild their lives. Founded in 2021, but duly registered with CAC 2023, IHF was borne out of the burden to improve lives of the downtrodden; especially women and children who are usually the most vulnerable in the society, and to impact on humanity in general. IHF offers lifesaving cares and also life changing assistance to the less-privileged in the society. With interventions in over 40 communities in Abuja and with plans on expanding her humanitarian works to other states in Nigeria and globally. IHF restores sense of dignity and spark ray of hope to millions who are despondent. IHF advances the way from harm to home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research potential funding sources and grant opportunities.
- Developing grant proposals and applications.
- Collaborating with the program department to ensure grant compliance.
- Work with the M & E officer to monitor and evaluate funded projects.
- Maintaining accurate records of grants and reporting requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with funding agencies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in grant writing and resource mobilization in the development sector.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of grant compliance and reporting procedures.
- Detailoriented and organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
