Role Description

We are seeking a Full-time Human Resources Generalist for our Lagos office. As a Human Resources Generalist ,you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting all HR-related policies, procedures, and programs. You will manage employee relations, recruitment and selection, personnel management, and benefits administration.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure with professionalism and tact
  • Experience in a technology-centered company is a plus

Duties and responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

  • Prepare comprehensive job descriptions and publish compelling job adverts.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.

Onboarding:

  • Manage the seamless onboarding process for new personnel.

Policy Enforcement:

  • Enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and healthy work environment.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure legal compliance and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Payroll and Administration:

  • Assist in payroll preparation and administration.

Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and proper employee records, emphasizing electronic and digital formats.

Leave Management:

  • Record absences and manage leave requests.

Employee Support:

  • Respond to personnel inquiries and address concerns promptly.

Exit Management:

  • Oversee the exit process for departing employees.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional tasks as the HR Manager and other company officers assign.
