Oceanic Health Management is an HMO company with headquarter in Lagos and branches across states in the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: SALES/CRM

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs.
  • Maintain quality and productive relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Work with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers and opportunities.
  • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targeted limits.
  • Arrange business meetings with existing & prospective clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Generate new businesses and raise awareness of company products and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of BSc / HND in Business / Marketing courses
  • Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in HMO is a plus.

Functional / Technical:

  • Apt administrative skills
  • Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent selling & relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Managerial:

  • Ability to multi-task

Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 net (depending on experience).
