Description
The Faculty of Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam invites applications for a PhD position in Molecular Spectroscopy. The project focuses on precision measurements of weakly-bound states of H2+ in the THz range to test QED predictions.
The PhD project involves precision measurements of weakly-bound molecular states of H2+ using novel quantum technologies. Molecular ions are prepared, trapped, and cooled using advanced quantum techniques. The project aims to contribute to cutting-edge research in quantum metrology.
