Position Overview
- As a Senior Medical Officer at Dr. Hassan Hospital & Diagnostic Centre, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading the medical officers within the hospital.
- We are looking for an exceptional and highly experienced individual with a minimum of 15-20 years of medical practice in the field of Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of medical officers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Diagnose and treat complex medical conditions, with a focus on Internal Medicine.
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide excellent patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Conduct regular medical rounds and contribute to the development of medical protocols.
- Act as a liaison between the medical staff and hospital administration.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in Internal Medicine and ensure the team stays updated.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Medicine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
- Valid medical license and the ability to practice medicine in Nigeria
- Exceptional clinical skills, diagnostic acumen, and the ability to manage complex cases.
