Job Title – Account Officer
Location – Lekki
Job type: Full time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Proper and complete documentation and filing/storing for easy retrieval of all accounting-related documents.
- Computes direct expenses as well as proper booking of all expenses.
- Updating accounts payable.
- Tracking organization expenses
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing refunds
- Handling queries related to accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in accounting or accounting sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
Remuneration: N150,000.
