Job Title – Account Officer
Location – Lekki

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Proper and complete documentation and filing/storing for easy retrieval of all accounting-related documents.
  • Computes direct expenses as well as proper booking of all expenses.
  • Updating accounts payable.
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Processing refunds
  • Handling queries related to accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in accounting or accounting sciences.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills

Remuneration: N150,000.
