Account Officer

Job Type: Full-time.

  • Accurate and timely preparation of invoices in accordance with the relevant contract conditions
  • Control and manage petty cash ensuring timely disbursement and that there is supporting documents for all transaction.
  • Managing operations budget and ensuring that all spend are within the budget.
  • Assist in preparing the company’s yearly budget.
  • Follow up on purchase and payment requisitions, ensure accurate recording, reconciliation and filing of all financial transactions to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
  • Record financial data and prepare reports.
  • Vendor Management
  • Prepare purchase order, in order to verify accuracy and specifications.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years experience
  • BSc. Finance, Accounting
  • ATS
