Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Accountant to oversee and manage our client’s financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies, standards and procedures.
He/She will ccompile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual reports and accounts.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Advise, implement and maintain standard accounting control procedures.
Anchor and coordinate the financial audit process.
Prepare Receipts and Invoices and commissions.
Maintenance of inventory records and daily transactions
Commitment to outstanding performance.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Accounting.
- 3 – 5 years experience as an accountant
- Should have basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organisational skills. • Good Accuracy skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience using SAGE ONE Accounting software
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- ICAN Certification is a plus.
