Job Position: Accounts & Administrative Officer

Job Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to join our team, whose primary role is to act as the Accounts and Administrative Officer
  2. Do you have a knack for managing financial records and administrative tasks? We’d love to have you be a part of our dynamic and fun work environment!
  3. As an Accounts & Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and handling various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our recreational park.
  4. You’ll work closely with the Park Directors, serving as their eyes and ears in regard to the park’s finances, budget, control, and administrative duties.

Job Expectations

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting.
  2. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth park operations.
  4. Maintain a balanced work schedule.
  5. Foster a culture of fun, teamwork, and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in accounts management and administration.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and administrative tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Preferably someone who resides close to Mabushi District to reduce the transportation costs.
