Admin Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time (Mon-Sat)

Qualification: BSC in any field

Experience: 3-5 years

Salary: N90k – N100k

We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant for our client in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Run sensitive errands (eg banking, deliveries to HNI’s, cash errands, etc)
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Help with client consultations and measurements
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Check RTW garments final point of quality assurance
  • Supervise staff attendance signing in/out and final sheet compilation for end of month
  • Receive deliveries
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements

  • Must be smart
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must have excellent written & verbal skills
  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is an advantage
