We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant for our client in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Run sensitive errands (eg banking, deliveries to HNI’s, cash errands, etc)
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Help with client consultations and measurements
- Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Check RTW garments final point of quality assurance
- Supervise staff attendance signing in/out and final sheet compilation for end of month
- Receive deliveries
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
- Must be smart
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent written & verbal skills
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is an advantage
