Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR / Admin Officer to join our team in the ICT sector.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
•Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
• Manage and update HR databases with different information.
•Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
•Manage the recruitment and hiring of new hires.
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous working experience in Human Resources and Administration for 4 years
• Ability to effectively use MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS and Recruitment Marketing platforms)
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
