Job: Admin Officer
Location: Igbo-efon, Lekki (Lagos)
Industry: Retail

Experience: Minimum of 1 Year Resumption: Immediately
Salary: N90,000 Gross Monthly

Preferably females for Gender Balance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
•Maintain and update company databases
•Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
•Answer queries by employees and clients
•Update office policies as needed
•Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
•Book meeting rooms as required
•Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
•Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
•Arrange travel and accommodations
•Schedule in-house and external events

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • More than 1 year working experience as an Administrative Officer
  • Candidates living in close proximity to lekki and Island areas are highly recommended to apply.
