Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily office records, including filing and organizing documents
- Manage imprest by keeping accurate records of expenditures and reconciling them with receipts and invoices
- Supervise and manage the responsibilities of all support staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring they meet performance expectations
- Attend to partner needs, such as scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, and providing administrative support as needed
- Ensure timely renewal of company documents, including business permits, licenses, and registrations before expiration
- Assist with logistics and coordination of events, meetings, and workshops
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support consulting projects and initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of OND
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in related role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Microsoft package
