Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily office records, including filing and organizing documents
  • Manage imprest by keeping accurate records of expenditures and reconciling them with receipts and invoices
  • Supervise and manage the responsibilities of all support staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring they meet performance expectations
  • Attend to partner needs, such as scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, and providing administrative support as needed
  • Ensure timely renewal of company documents, including business permits, licenses, and registrations before expiration
  • Assist with logistics and coordination of events, meetings, and workshops
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support consulting projects and initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A minimum of OND
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in related role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft package
