Job Title: Administrative Manager

Summary:
The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Manager will also be responsible for providing administrative support across every department in the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
• Maintaining the company’s administrative filing system and records.
• Ordering office supplies and equipment.
•
• Manage the office budget and ensure that administrative expenses are within budget.
• Provide administrative support to every department in the organization
• Represent the organization to external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and government agencies.
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an administrative or management role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with facility management practices and procedures.
- Proximity to the Island is important.
