ROLE TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (FEMALE)
LOCATION: Ikeja, LAGOS
Salary: 180k-200k
We are seeking for an experienced, energetic, proactive Administrative Manager, who will be in charge of coordinating an organization’s administration system, general workflows and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient.
Job description
1.Produces basic reporting that gathers departmental statistics using Microsoft Office.
2.Informs the group of the team’s daily goals and requirements
3.Directing the organization’s operations
4.Coordinating meetings or taking part in them
5.Aiding managers with the compilation of yearly budget data and reports
6.Giving tasks to administrative support staff
7.Keeping track of and predicting personnel requirements
8.Keeping all departmental databases current.
9.Handling clerical, accounting, and other office tasks as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
1) BSc in relevant qualification
2) At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics/ Supply chain
3) Familiar with desktop programs including Microsoft Office 365 and online information research (MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
4) Must be proactive, highly motivated, and optimistic in attitude. Must be inquisitive and investigative by nature.
