Job Brief
We are looking to hire an Administrative Officer to provide administrative support and ensure smooth running of the office activities.
This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, such as:
Monitoring and dispatch of documents to and from company branches.
Maintaining supplier’s Invoices by posting them as orders in the system.
Organise a filling system for important company documents like invoices, receipts, etc, and ensure confidentiality and security of same.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years experience.
