We are hiring an Automobile Workshop Manager.

Salary: 250,000 – 350,000
Location: Lekki Phase 1

The workshop manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop and ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Some key responsibilities of a workshop manager include:

Managing a team of technicians: The workshop manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring that each member of the team is working effectively and efficiently.

Maintaining a safe and organized work environment: The workshop manager is responsible for ensuring that the workshop is clean, organized, and safe for all employees. This includes conducting safety inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working order.

Communicating with customers: The workshop manager is typically the point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about the work being done on their vehicles or equipment. The manager should be able to communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles or equipment and answering any questions they may have.

Managing inventory: The workshop manager is responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that the workshop is well-stocked with the necessary tools and equipment.
