JOB TITLE: BRAND SALES AMBASSADOR
LOCATION: OSHODI MARKET, ALABA INTERNATIONAL MARKET, ORILE COKER/ODUN ADE BUILDING MATERIALS MARKET, LAGOS INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR COMPLEX, AND IDUMOTA/MANDILLAS/APONGBON MARKETS.


JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer, your primary role will be to acquire new merchants and generate revenue for the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with merchants.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and generate revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with merchants.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously monitor and analyses sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.


REQUIREMENTS:
• OND, HND and BSC in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
