Responsibilities
Promoting the company’s services using various marketing methods
Researching and identifying new business opportunities (including new markets, trends, partnerships) or new ways of reaching existing markets
Communicating new product/services developments to existing and prospective clients
Overseeing the development of marketing strategies
Generating leads and monitoring cold calls to prospective clients
Fostering and developing long-term relationships with clients
Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients
Preparing status reports on marketing goals to the management
Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Requirements
BSC in business administration, marketing or relevant fields
1-3 years experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager or a similar role in the travel industry
MUST have experience working with top travel agencies
Proven sales track record
Experience using MS Office and CRM softwares for customer/partnership engagement
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time-management and planning skills
