Responsibilities
Acquisition of new clients.
Consistently achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Creating and implementing plans to deliver new businesses from new market segments.
Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market.
Build and maintain long lasting customer relationships.
Overseeing and developing sales campaigns.
Create and update client profiles.
Excellent networking, selling, negotiation and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related fields
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing or related skills.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Driving experience is an added advantage.
