A top InsurTech brand that provides Device Protection Plans and Repair Support for devices is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager that will drive distribution, especially through partnerships with businesses, device retailers, device manufacturers, asset finance companies, and banks.

Responsibilities
You will work with a fast-moving entrepreneurial team with lots of cross-collaboration with other parts of the business such as growth, customer experience, pricing, aftersales, operations, and product to bring your ideas to life. As a result, your work will touch thousands of customers.
You will define and execute the partnerships process:
● Identifying partners.
● Engaging to understand their needs and frustrations.
● Communicate a clear and compelling value proposition.
● Onboarding and revenue generation.
You will design and drive partnerships with:
● The biggest device retailers, enabling them to offer instant protection and fast pick and repair delivery to their customers while making extra revenue.
● Asset finance companies, enabling them to provide the best value to their consumers through authorized protection plans.
● OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), enabling them to improve customer loyalty to their brand.
● Corporate businesses, helping them access dependable protection and support for their devices.

Requirements
● Senior-level experience in B2B/ B2B2C sales and partnerships in the consumer electronics/ e-commerce industry (smartphone, laptop etc.).
● You are biased toward action and results – you have the ability to make things happen quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
● Are comfortable with ambiguity and poorly defined complex problems.
● You have experience setting strategy, defining OKRs, and driving the planning process for a product portfolio.
● Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in working with data and drawing thoughtful insights and action plans.
● Interpersonal skills to hold a conversation with Account managers as well as leadership from the clients’ side.
● Handled P&L responsibility.
● Communicate in a clear and direct manner.
● Can self-manage, set an implementation schedule, and manage communication with team members and stakeholders.
