Role: Call Center Officer
Location: Victoria Island
Work Type: Full-time
We are looking for a smart call center operator to provide customer support services to our clients.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Responding to inbound calls
- Addressing all client complaints and inquiries
- Troubleshooting/Escalating complaints to the necessary authorities.
- Logging calls for future references.
Qualifications:
- HND/ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a customer service representative.
- Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in banking customer services will be an added advantage.
