We are currently recruiting for the position below:

ROLE: CONTACT CENTRE

INDUSTRY: FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

LOCATION: AGEGE & OBA AKRAN

REQUIREMENTS
• B.Sc. and HND in any discipline with a minimum Second class lower
• NYSC completion
• Not more than 28 years
• Must have strong drive for sales
• Ability to deliver INSTANT RESULTS is expected from all Applicants
• Good communication skills are required
• Applicant must be charismatic and must be able to display required skills
• Relationship / people management skills
• Customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make sales of Bank products to customers via phone call.
• Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Bank product sales
• Monitor all customers queries and ensure timely response to all issues
• Maintain and update knowledge on all company’s products and Services.
• Reopening of Dormant accounts.
• Creating and maintaining positive customer relationship

Monthly net pay is N75, 000.
