The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Content Marketing & Storytelling Strategist to amplify the voices of our students, teachers, and leadership. Your mission is to transform their experiences into captivating narratives that showcase our offerings and illustrate our journey toward educational transformation. This role demands a keen understanding of how to shape compelling content across a variety of digital channels to spark engagement and drive growth.

  • Multi-Channel Maestro: You are adept at crafting content tailored to diverse digital platforms – from impactful social media posts to in-depth blog articles and even multimedia formats.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in fast-paced start-up environments, taking ownership, and learning by doing.
  • Data-driven decision-maker: You understand how to leverage insights to refine and improve content strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop & Execute the Narrative: Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Marketing to shape our content strategy, ensuring it powerfully showcases the heart of Instill Education – our users, offerings, and broader vision.
  • Drive Storytelling Through Content: Conceptualize, craft, and produce a rich array of content formats. This spans compelling blog posts, social media campaigns, video scripts, case studies, and beyond.
  • Champion User Voices: Amplify the stories of our teachers, students, and leaders. Turn their experiences into testimonials, interviews, and spotlights that resonate with prospective users.
  • Manage content creation and production: Oversee the development of diverse content formats like video series, podcasts, blog posts, articles, social media, infographics, and more. This includes both direct creation and collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work with product, sales, and other teams to create messaging and marketing materials that support go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze and Adapt: Regularly track content performance across channels. Use data to refine strategies and maximize the impact of your storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, writing, editing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Some management experience in leading content teams or creative professionals.

Highly Desirable:

  • Background in media, journalism, or storytelling roles.
  • Experience in the education sector.
  • Video/audio production and editing skills.
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and account-based marketing.
