Job description:
Welcome visitors and patients upon arrival at the clinic.
Attend to patients and deal with inquiries on the phone and in person
Answer telephone calls and direct them to corresponding departments
Handle and sorting of patient clinic files and medical records in the file room
Be able to work with all departments and handle inquiries professionally.
