Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary: As a customer service personnel, you’ll serve as the primary conduit between the consumer and the business, the customer service representative will be accountable for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- use a variety of avenues to reach out to customers.
- addressing client complaints after they are acknowledged.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- will visit the salons once or twice a week to collect content to share with the social media team.
- maintain active relationship with clients
- answer emails from customers
- Ensure active social media engagements
Requirements:
- Must have a HND or B.Sc degree certificate
- Minimum of 2-3 Years experience in related Industry
- Strong attention to details
- Social media savvy.
- You are a solid team member who can coordinate the interests of several parties.
