Location: Maryland, Lagos
Salary: 100k
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way,
via phone, email, or chat
Conceiving and Implementing concepts, guidelines, and
strategic ideas for various TL projects
Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product,
Sales,and Marketing teams
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are
resolved
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Strong understanding of the company products or services as
well as business position
Requirements:
Degree in relevant fields
2 – 3 years experience in same position.
