Work hours 5 days including Saturdays and Sundays
Salary Budget: 80,000
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ Experience as a Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails according to standards.
- Taking responsibility for resolving customers’ complaints or issues.
- Follow up with the appropriate unit as regards the status of customer complaint resolution.
- Reporting, tracking and ensuring final resolution of customers’ issues.
- Attending, follow up and resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
- Identify and introduce products and services to new and existing clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have a working Laptop and Fast Internet connectivity.
Minimum BSc or its equivalent in any related field. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
- Hardworking, Diligent, Smart and Intelligent.
