Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Full Time Onsite
Salary: N70,000 – N150,000
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
Handle customer interactions through various channels, such as phone, email, or live chat, and strive to deliver a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
Resolve customer issues, provide product information, process orders, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
OND/HND/B.SC degree in related field.
Good communication skills.
