Customer Service Representative

Our client a manufacturing company located at New Oko Oba, Lagos Mainland is recruiting for the role of a Customer Service Representative .

Educational Qualification: SSCE or OND

Years of Experience: 3- 6 months (on the job training will be provided)

Residing close to the company location will be an added advantage

Core Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Good knowledge of company products to hasten up response time to customers.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skillls.
Good knowledge of computers.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Active listening skills
