Responsibilities:
Define and implement the brand to a range of stakeholders, tailoring messaging and developing marketing campaigns and activities.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence, along with our Errandpay website.
Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Manage the development of marketing collaterals, digital campaigns, newsletters, blogs and our social media page.
Implement measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel-specific, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely basis.
Execute marketing campaigns and strategies to increase website traffic, incremental revenue, and new customer and candidate acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Skill and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Mathematics or Mass Communication
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Digital Marketing, managing and maintaining company website and support employer branding.
Hands-on experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Good copywriting experience.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns is a plus.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments is preferred.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Preferably with experience in B2B2C with regional exposure.
Good verbal and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse, multicultural work environment.
