Your role
Assisting the Group Head of DEI in defining DEI initiatives across the Group, including supporting actions across various diversity segments, including but not limited to: Gender, LGBTQ+, Ethnicity, Generations, Socio-Economic Background and Disability
Coordinating, tracking and preparing related communications on concrete DEI initiatives, projects and trainings across the Group and preparing required reporting and presentations, including for external/client purposes
Creating and/or monitoring KPIs across the Group and business lines, including quantitative and qualitative input for external regulatory/client due diligence
Monitoring of Group DEI budget and management of costs/invoices
Supporting the business, DEI Committees and Employee Networks with coordination, promotion and support of various DEI activities, while ensuring alignment and scale with Group DEI strategy
Acting as a DEI advocate for the Group and across all businesses and Pictet offices, including liaising and collaborating with key stakeholders across the Group
Supporting the Group Head of DEI, as required, in identifying external trends, keeping abreast of research and recognising best practices in the field of DEI, including participating in external meetings and events (i.e. DEI forums, partner/sponsor events) as required.

Your profile
University degree with three to five years’ work experience (degree preferred but not required)
Highly proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with strong analytical ability
Previous work experience in financial services or consulting preferred, including international experience
Proven organisational skills with a flexible approach; you will be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload, with an ability to engage in subjects different in nature
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work to a high standard
Strong written and oral communication skills
Fluent in English (French beneficial but not required)
Open minded and curious, with a passion and interest in the topic of DEI (previous experience in the field is not required)
A team player by nature, you will be collaborative, proactive, results oriented and driven by the desire to contribute and impact change
Some travel required, including presence in Geneva
Must be resident in UK or with right to work in UK and willing to relocate
