Responsibilities:

1. Property Oversight:

  • Manage and maintain residential and commercial properties within the estate.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in optimal condition.

2. Tenant Relations:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
  • Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

3. Financial Management:

  • Develop and oversee budgets for property operations.
  • Ensure timely collection of rent and other fees.

4. Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors.

5. Security and Safety:

  • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the estate.
  • Conduct safety inspections and address potential hazards.

6. Legal Compliance:

  • Stay informed about relevant property laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the estate’s compliance with legal requirements.

7. Community Engagement:

  • Foster a sense of community by organizing events and activities.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and management.

8. Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on property performance and financial status.
  • Provide updates to property owners and stakeholders.
