Summary:
The preferred candidate is expected to be a knowledgeable person, skilled in organizing daily operations and management of the facilities in a manner to reduce costs and maximizes profits, ultimately meeting organization standard in transaction bookings, logistics and client handling.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of all staff and event ad-hoc teams.
- Coordinating and scheduling rentals venue equipment.
- Liaising between rental vendors and the Company management to achieve the set goal.
- Ensuring security of lives and properties.
- Effective / consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Enforcement of all safety rules and compliances.
- Excellent promotional ability of rental market in the vicinity.
- Organization skill in time management.
- Priority of Environmental regulation and sanitary directives.
- Sustaining Health and safety of all staff and guests within the premises at every events.
- Routine management of all assets and equipment.
- Must have strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work overtimes including weekends.
- Performing the administrative tasks and monitoring scheme.
- Effective reporting skillset and feedback for necessary review .
- Preparing all hiring package and execution of contract till the last hour.
- Should be proactive in client relationship management.
