Summary:
The preferred candidate is expected to be a knowledgeable person, skilled in organizing daily operations and management of the facilities in a manner to reduce costs and maximizes profits, ultimately meeting organization standard in transaction bookings, logistics and client handling.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision of all staff and event ad-hoc teams.
  2. Coordinating and scheduling rentals venue equipment.
  3. Liaising between rental vendors and the Company management to achieve the set goal.
  4. Ensuring security of lives and properties.
  5. Effective / consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  6. Enforcement of all safety rules and compliances.
  7. Excellent promotional ability of rental market in the vicinity.
  8. Organization skill in time management.
  9. Priority of Environmental regulation and sanitary directives.
  10. Sustaining Health and safety of all staff and guests within the premises at every events.
  11. Routine management of all assets and equipment.
  12. Must have strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
  13. Willingness to work overtimes including weekends.
  14. Performing the administrative tasks and monitoring scheme.
  15. Effective reporting skillset and feedback for necessary review .
  16. Preparing all hiring package and execution of contract till the last hour.
  17. Should be proactive in client relationship management.
