Title: Executive Assistant/Admin Officer
Location: VI, Lagos
Fully Onsite

  • Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments and making travel arrangements.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as keeping records.
  • Documentation and processing PCC, NPC etc.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and making necessary arrangements.
  • Keeping track of marketing material and order timely.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.
    REQUIREMENT
  • 2- 4 years experience as an executive assistant & Administrative Officer
  • Minimum of HND
  • Good communication (verbal and written), presentation and analytical skill
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise daily workload and be able to work extra hours when needed.
  • Excellent Administrative skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (word, excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
