Title: Executive Assistant/Admin Officer
Location: VI, Lagos
Fully Onsite
- Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments and making travel arrangements.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as keeping records.
- Documentation and processing PCC, NPC etc.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and making necessary arrangements.
- Keeping track of marketing material and order timely.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
REQUIREMENT - 2- 4 years experience as an executive assistant & Administrative Officer
- Minimum of HND
- Good communication (verbal and written), presentation and analytical skill
- Ability to multitask, prioritise daily workload and be able to work extra hours when needed.
- Excellent Administrative skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (word, excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
