JOB TITLE/ POSITION: FACILITY COORDINATOR

Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Facility Coordinator for our client who runs one of the fastest growing and leading Real Estate Company.
SUMMARY
The Facility Coordinator is responsible to oversees all activities inside a building, making sure that health and safety standards are met and arranging for repairs when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
❖ Supervise the maintenance team
❖ Maintaining maintenance records
❖ Coordinating building repairs
❖ Creating safety policies
❖ Developing and reviewing maintenance processes
❖ Fixing minor issues in appliances, office equipment or arranging for repairs when needed ❖ Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
❖ Check devices, structures and systems (e.g. fire alarms and air-conditioners) on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and renovations.
REQUIREMENT:
First degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field
Technical /practical mechanical and electrical experience
Minimum of 5-10 years hands-on experience as a Facility Coordinator/Supervisor
Relevant professional qualification e.g. IFM, PFM, IFMA, etc. will be a plus
Well vast in facility management
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
RENUMERATION: Salary is N200, 000 – N250, 000 Monthly Gross.
