Job Description
- As the Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial activities of the company and play a key role in driving financial strategy and planning.
- You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional financial acumen, and a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth and development.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to ensure financial stability.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proven track record of success in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary
N700,000+ Monthly (Negotiable based on experience)
