HRLeverage Africa is an HR management, outsourcing and recruitment service provider. Currently seeking to fill in the position of Font desk officer. Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of the company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
JOB RESPOSIBILITY
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Post informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
- B.sc / HND in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
- 0ne year work experience as Front desk personnel
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Must be computer literate
- Passionate in developing IT skills
