The Graduate Trainee should be willing to learn about different aspects of the company, he/she must be adaptable and should be able to foster good relationships with staff members.

Job Responsibilities
- Acquiring an excellent understanding of the company’s culture and adapting to the culture.
- Learning about the full range of products and services offered by the company.
- Learning the company structure, and how different departments function and collaborate, for optimal company performance.
- Studying company policies, processes, and practices, towards gaining mastery.
- Performing office duties assigned by the supervisor, and assisting colleagues.
- Participating in on-the-job training when required.
- Participating in internal meetings, and external workshops/trainings.
- Preparing reports and making presentations to other staff members.
- Building healthy professional relationships across hierarchies and job groups.
- Documentation of things learned on the job, and periodical review for mastery.
Job Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any related discipline
- Must have completed NYSC
- Age limit- 35 years
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset
- A spirit of service, willingness to go the extra mile
- Good Microsoft office skills
