Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

1. Ensure systems operate smoothly and align with quality standards.
2. Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures (From Enquiry, service delivery and post-service feedback).
3. Support therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service and ongoing development.
4. Receive and report customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programmed improvement.
5. Ensure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with at all times.
6. Manage inventory for the spa equipment, products and disposable.
7. Responsible for reporting refilling and restocking of work supplies and relevant tool servicing and repairs.
8. Follow up with leads till they become paying customers.
9. Manage WhatsApp line, social media page DMs and business line.
10. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
11. Develop and implement strategies to improve the client experience at all touchpoints, from booking to service completion.
12. Oversee the therapists to ensure that they are providing high-quality service.
13. Manage customer relationships and build loyalty.
14. Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract new clients and grow the business.
15. Participate in business growth activities (events, exhibitions, market analysis etc.)
16. Track marketing performance and return on investments, prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
17. Make recommendations that can improve business services and profitability.
18. Any task considered relevant for the growth and success of the business

Salary 
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
