Scope/Overview:
Responsibilities
• Overseeing the creation of client programs, plans by trainers and nutritionists and routines for group classes.
• Overseeing the external instructors and record keeping process by all members of staff
• Ensuring policy implementation in all areas affecting the facility
• Preparing weekly/Monthly budget and forecasts
• Disbursement of Imprest
• Preparation of weekly/Monthly reports
• Designing and promotion of activities to attract traffic, meet client demands and generate revenue
• Advertising of the gym using all available mediums at disposal
• Ensuring customer care standards are met and upheld, to prevent churn
• Dealing with escalated complaints and incidents
• Ensuring CPD activities are done quarterly e.g first aid refreshers, online seminars
• Planning class weekly schedules and ensuring its optimized to achieve maximum revenue by increasing and maintaining traffic
• Overseeing the PT timetable and ensuring smooth running
• Keping stock record of equipment and accessories
• Ensuring servicing and maintenance of equipment
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Qualifications
• Must have strong experience in managing team members, and are well versed in employment relations processes, such as performance and absence management
• Must love not only coaching members with their fitness goals, but also coaching your team members in enhancing their skills and business success.
• Understand the importance of meeting targets and reporting, and can motivate team members to reach these targets
• Must be innovative, and love coming up with new ways to keep our members engaged and satisfied
• Must act safely, knowing the importance of completing safety checks and recording them accurately
• Professional fitness experience and qualifications is a huge plus
Compensation:
• Salary: NGN 200,000.00 per month
• Other Benefit: Health Insurance + Possible on-site accommodation + discounted meal at the café
