JOB VACANCY – Head of Operations
Key tasks responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in daily operations.
2. Overseeing the process from an order to dispatch, ensuring that the team meets quality standards and are delivered/ picked up on time.
3. Managing inventory levels and ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are stocked appropriately.
4. Negotiating contracts with local suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders.
5. Developing and managing budgets and financial reports related to operations.
6. Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, and have a proven ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
LOCATION: Oregun, Ikeja Lagos State
Requirement:
1. Any graduate degree
2. 4-6 years’ experience in Operations
SALARY: N350, 000 – N500, 000 depending on experience and capability
