Job Title: Head, People Management
An indigenous Oil & Gas company is seeking to hire a Head of People Management
What we are looking for
As Head, of People Management, your core mandate will be to develop and implement the company’s HR Strategy in line with business requirements. It involves crafting end-to-end business-pertinent HR processes and procedures including staffing, employee engagement, and retention, learning and growth plans and talent management etc. This role requires you to be based on the Island with hybrid work options.
Qualifications
• 10+ years’ experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role and a proven track record of implementing or proposing forward-thinking ideas
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Africa or globally
• Professional certifications e.g. CIPM, CIPD, SHRM SCP, SPHRI e.t.c
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulations in Nigeria
• Advanced strategic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Access to strong talent networks across Africa and Globally
