Head of Sales

Functionally reports to the CMO

This role is perfect for a well-connected sales professional who will play a crucial role in building Nigeria’s leading feminine care brand. Reporting into the CMO, the dial candidate is a self-starter with hands-on market expertise to lead brand’s marketing and sales strategy and operations in Nigeria.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales strategy in Nigeria, overseeing both the main period care product as well as the brand’s social impact programmes
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline; nurture business relationships with partners to maximize growth
  • Coordinate with contractors/agencies to assist with sales operations
  • Manage sales budget, forecasting and reporting
  • Opportunity to grow into overseeing new markets, so ideally open to travel

Requirements:

  • A degree holders in any discipline will be considered
  • 5 – 8 years of marketing/ sales experience in consumer goods industry
  • Experience in a feminine care products industry is preferred
  • Strong Sales (online & offline) experience required
  • Hands-on contract negotiation and fulfillment knowledge
  • Great communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Driving license is a plus
