Functionally reports to the CMO
This role is perfect for a well-connected sales professional who will play a crucial role in building Nigeria’s leading feminine care brand. Reporting into the CMO, the dial candidate is a self-starter with hands-on market expertise to lead brand’s marketing and sales strategy and operations in Nigeria.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales strategy in Nigeria, overseeing both the main period care product as well as the brand’s social impact programmes
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline; nurture business relationships with partners to maximize growth
- Coordinate with contractors/agencies to assist with sales operations
- Manage sales budget, forecasting and reporting
- Opportunity to grow into overseeing new markets, so ideally open to travel
Requirements:
- A degree holders in any discipline will be considered
- 5 – 8 years of marketing/ sales experience in consumer goods industry
- Experience in a feminine care products industry is preferred
- Strong Sales (online & offline) experience required
- Hands-on contract negotiation and fulfillment knowledge
- Great communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skill
- Driving license is a plus
