Job Title: Health, Safety & Environment Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Role Description
- The HSE Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of all personnel offshore while drilling operations are ongoing.
- He or She will be saddled with the responsibilities of ensuring safety protocols, regulatory compliance, risk management, emergency response and the safety of all drill crew and all support personnel.
Qualifications
- Educational qualification in any of the Engineering/Sciences or any other discipline from a reputable university
- 10 or more years of offshore drilling experience as HSE or Safety Officer,
- Valid NEBOSH or IOSH and other safety certifications.
- Valid medical fitness certificate /vaccination
- Membership of NISP (Nigerian Institute Of Safety Professionals) will be an added advantage.
- Valid HSE 1,2 & 3
- Valid BOSIET
