Remuneration: N150,000 – N200,000

The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, managing HR-related tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations in a retail company.

Responsibilities:
· Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
· Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and update them as necessary
· Maintain employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations
· Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs
· Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary action, grievances, and performance improvement plans
· Manage the administration of employee benefits and payroll
· Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records
· Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and statistics
· Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and filing documents
· Ensure that office facilities and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly
· Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as necessary
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or management team.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in a retail environment
· Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
