We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR and Admin Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support.
Responsible for the day-to-day fleet operations.
Update employee database with data of new employee
Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by the company.
Supervision of company drivers.
Knowledge of vehicle regulations and laws.
Ensure timely vehicle allocation to applicable staff.
Ensure the proper allocation of cars and are kept in good operational condition.
Administrative support to other departments and managers
Responsible for scheduling maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
Perform vehicle license registration and documentation as well as renewal of same.
Ensure that issues regarding official vehicles and drivers are addressed and resolved promptly.
Manage all administrative files and documentation.
Office administration
Assist in coordinating training activities for staffs.
Competence & Skills Required

REQUIREMENTS

HND / B.Sc in related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing Company
Strong use of Microsoft Office and excel package.
Apt to understand and adjust to the workplace dynamics.
Self-driven, motivated, and ready to work within a team.
Good people management skills
Strong administration skill
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Problem solving skill.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Confident and Articulate
Possess strong conflict management skill
