Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3-5 years of HRBP or similar experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
